The Young IFA Network (YIN) was established in 2005 to foster the active participation of tax professionals at the early stages of their careers within the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Since its inception, YIN has developed into a truly global platform, supported by an expanding network of branches and representatives worldwide.
YIN provides a dynamic and inclusive environment for young professionals - typically between the ages of 25 and 40 - to connect, exchange ideas and build long-lasting professional relationships. Through a wide range of national, regional and global initiatives, including technical workshops, mentorship programs and networking events, YIN promotes knowledge-sharing and professional development within the international tax community.
At its core, YIN aims to strengthen engagement with IFA by creating accessible and meaningful opportunities for early-career professionals to contribute to and benefit from the organisation’s global reach.
